Just a reminder, Wes does NOT have a Facebook page, although there is some one on there using his picture and name, it is not Wes.

Hmmm,
It sure sems like a form of identity theft to me! Maybe on the Facebook site there's a place to report this kind of thing as fraud. I'm not on Facebook but it seems once they were made aware of it they would automatically delete that page...we sure don't want a wannabee Wes lurking around! Maybe it's Shatner....hee hee Janet |

Tony is checking into it. He actually got them to remove it before, and now it has come back up, so he is contacting Facebook again.

Maybe we should create a facebook group called "Wes Studi is NOT on Facebook!!" That way anybody that searched Wes Studi's name would get the
word. If they joined the group, they could see the links to his website and MySpace page. :-) There are several "Wes Studis" on Facebook. I hope
Facebook requires them all to produce ID.

I didn't know anything about Wes Studi until I watched the Tony Hillerman series on DVD. I truly enjoyed watching Wes portray Detective Joe Leaphorn,
opposite Adam Beach as Jim Chee. For I love the Navajo land so much, that it brought back memories of it. :-)

Does Wes just not want a FB page? Seems that would be the easiest thing, to just get his permission and create an official one. We could say it's the FB
page for his official fan site.
